Modern 4+ Bedroom Home Plans

I'm seeking detailed building plans for a single-family, modern-style home with 4 or more bedrooms. I have uploaded a sketch of the floor plan that is really close to what we want. I need to take this draft and have complete building plans I can take to the county for approval and hand to a builder for construction.
