I'm looking for detailed house plans for a 1500 square feet, single-story Spanish/ Mediterranean home. The design should include:
- 2 bedrooms
- A living space that is a combination of semi open living/kitchen areas.
Ideal skills and experience:

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
There is an existing 2 car garage and basement underneath ground level. This was there from the home once there that was struck by lightning and burned down leaving the concrete area. Attaching images.
