I’m ready to move forward on two small but important additions to my backyard: a 120 sq ft covered outdoor kitchen and a separate 120 sq ft reading room. I already have every appliance for the kitchen selected; what I still need are complete, permit-ready architectural plans that bring both structures to life.
Here’s the direction: I want a clean, modern look throughout, with wood as the primary exterior finish so the buildings sit warmly against the landscape. Because the focus is strictly on architecture at this stage, I’m not asking for structural, plumbing, or electrical drawings—just crisp, detailed architectural documentation.
