• Open, efficient layout with flat-panel cabinetry, durable quartz or similar countertops, and low-maintenance finishes that can withstand tenant turnover.
• Streamlined bathroom featuring space-saving fixtures, concealed storage, and modern matte-black or brushed-nickel hardware.
• Cohesive lighting plan and upgraded electrical, plumbing, and ventilation that meet local codes.
