Make changes to house floor plan

I have a clean, high-resolution PDF of an existing floor plan and a second, low-quality scan on which I marked a series of hand-drawn revisions. I need the entire drawing rebuilt in AutoCAD so the final DWG faithfully mirrors the high-res PDF while incorporating every single handwritten change that appears only in the fuzzy scan. Nothing in the content needs special highlighting or extra emphasis—just an accurate, professional match to the original linework, layers, lineweights, hatching, dimensions, and text styles.

Please trace or redraft rather than rely on an automatic PDF import so the geometry is crisp and the layer structure logical. When you are finished, send back:

• A fully editable DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later) with all revisions integrated
• A plotted PDF that I can compare against the original documents
