Load-Bearing Wall Removal
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need to remove a load-bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room in a multi-story home. Please note the wall in question is not directly underneath blockwork walls above.
Requirements:
- Remove the wall entirely; no part of it will be kept (Up to 150mm can be kept to act in shear against wind load as this aligns with existing soil pipe)
- Basic sketches are available, but professional input may be needed
