Load-Bearing Wall Addition

Adding a studio apartment inside the lean-to portion of a metal building. The opening is roughly 15' wide and 50' long. Studio apartment will be 27' x15'. Would like to add storage space above. Lean-to height is 12' on the short wall and 16' on the tall side. Need engineering plans to ensure structure can support the load upstairs. Storage upstairs will consist of standard holiday decorations and items that need climate controlled storage. Ideally stronger than standard attic space but nothing too extreme. I am building this on my own and have experience with framing. Can provide additional details once you're comfortable with the job.
