Livingroom Floor Plan improvement/fix

The goal is to improve/fix the living room while keeping the overall room layout as it is. If that's not possible, at least the current room configuration should be preserved.

I worked with an architect on that floor plan below (attached), and almost every requirements is met by this floor plan. The only thing that is not ideal is the livingroom.
I'm not happy with the livingroom (Salon), what would you do different ? How could you improve the floor plan ?

I would propose an interactive workflow, you start with a small sketch and send it to me with your notes, and give you feedback on it and step by step we proceed to a more precise and elaborated floor plan.

Just fyi you can find the requirements below. Those requirements are almost all met in the current floor plan.

Requirements:

The House should ideally have three units
First Unit:
On the Ground floor
Has 4 Bedrooms ( at least two of them parental suites)
Should has access to the swimming pool and to 90% of the garden
Should has a spacious Garage for at least 2 cars
A garage that provides place for at least 2 cars that can be accessed from the house.

Second Unit:
Separate entrance ( If shared entrance then a the main door would be on the first floor)
On the first Floor
One parental suite
Three children bedrooms


Third Unit:
On the ground floor and maybe on the second floor
Should have at least one parental suite and another bedroom or two parental suites)
Should have access to a small portion of the garden
Should have no View on the Garden of Unit 1
Should have a totally separat entrance
Only a parking spot, no garage needed

I will not write everything down, pls don’t forget the basic things for each unit, like kitchen, living room etc.

The house should ideally shield the garden and the swimming pool as much as possible from outside views.

Swimming pool:
- Ideally the swimming pool would not be visible from the street
-The swimming pool should should not be totally in the shadow of the house
-There should be a 15 meter long swimming pool, ideally 17 meters. You can decide the form and the style of the pool, but should have a least a 15 meters line to swim.

There should be a pool/garden house that has:
Grill or full outdoor kitchen
Bar or dining area
Lounge or seating space
Bathroom or changing rooms
Storage for pool equipment
The pool shower can be outside

Note:
There is a pedestrian passage, that can also be used by car from the south-east side.
There is a street from the south-west side.
The house could be accessible from both those sides.
There are some regulatory restriction that has to be respected:
- Building has to be at least 4 meters away from the neighbour and from the Street
- Swimming pool has to be at least 2 meters away from the neighbour
- The exterior stairs should not be visible to the neighbour
