Your role is to review the existing drawings, develop all structural calculations, and produce signed-and-sealed plans suitable for submission to the authorities having jurisdiction. The project is strictly commercial, so familiarity with the load, fire rating, and accessibility requirements typical of office or retail buildings is essential.
Deliverables I expect:
• Full structural drawings in PDF and native CAD format
• Complete calculation package with engineer’s stamp
