Integrated Building Management Design

I'm seeking an expert to design an integrated building management system for site that requires multibuilding.

Provide IFC drawings in CAD format for each building, including floor plans, riser plans, points schedule, summary of BMS points, and sequence of operation.

- Include site plans with a network layout and BMS points for each tapping.

- Prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for BMS-related equipment and wiring for each building.

- Develop a BOQ for all network components as per the site plan.

The systems to be integrated include:

- HVAC:
- Temperature control
- Air quality monitoring
- Energy efficiency monitoring

- Security Systems:
- CCTV surveillance
- Access control
- Intrusion detection

- Other systems: Lighting control, PLC, and third-party systems

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building management system design
- Proficiency in HVAC, security, and lighting control systems
- Strong knowledge in PLC & third integration
- Background in energy efficiency and air quality monitoring technologies
- Excellent project management skills to ensure timely and within budget delivery
