Need an experienced Structural Engineer / Industrial Warehouse Designer for a warehouse project.
The site master plan is already available, and I can share the existing site layout, warehouse dimensions, and PDF drawings.
Scope of work:
1.Review the provided master plan and warehouse layout.
2.Prepare complete structural drawings for the warehouse.
3.Foundation and footing details.
4.Column, beam, roof and structural member details.
5.Structural calculations (if required).
6.Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
7.Quantity take-off and material estimation.
Deliverables:
Structural drawings in AutoCAD (DWG & PDF).
BOQ in Excel format.
Material quantity summary.
Structural design details and calculations (if applicable).
I will provide:
Site master plan.
Warehouse size and dimensions.
Existing PDF drawings and project information.
Timeline: 7 days preferred.
