I need a concise architectural drawing set for an industrial building that I can present to my bank as part of their financing review. This package is strictly for reference purposes, not for permitting, so the emphasis is on clear overall representation rather than code-compliance annotations.
The drawings I require are:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• A site layout that ties everything together
The focus is on conveying the general layout of building so the lender can understand scale, functional flow, and anticipated footprint. Clean linework, consistent annotation, and legible dimensions are essential; elaborate construction details are not.
The office roof is 3/12 pitch with ashphalt shingles. The main free span building roof is metal, and metal vertical siding. The free span building is equipped with a 60 ton bridge crane.
Please prepare sheets ready for standard architectural page sizes in both PDF and an editable CAD format so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.
