I’m about to start building a private residence in Indore and I need a local civil engineer who can take charge of the planning-and-design stage. Your focus will be on turning my ideas into construction-ready documents that satisfy local codes and set the project up for smooth execution on-site.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A complete set of blueprints and architectural drawings ready for contractor pricing and submission to the Indore Municipal Corporation.
• A detailed structural analysis that includes load calculations, reinforcement schedules, and clear structural drawings.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD for drafting and STAAD Pro or ETABS for the structural work; if you use something comparable, that’s fine as long as the final files are delivered in both editable and PDF formats.
Because this home will be built in Indore, on-site familiarity is essential. We’ll meet at the plot when needed, and you’ll liaise with my architect and local authorities to make sure every detail aligns with regional bylaws.
