20x10m ICF Basement Structural Design
Budget: $10 – $3,000 USD
I am ready to move ahead with a full structural design for a 20 m × 10 m insulated-concrete-form basement. The scheme relies on a steel-work foundation and a cast-in-place concrete roof, so I need a coordinated set of calculations and drawings that let my builder order materials and pass permitting with confidence.
Foundation
The base will be a steel reinforcedconcrete. I already have preliminary selections for the type and size of 12mm and 16mm what I need from you is the final sizing, spacing and connection detailing, backed up by load-path calculations that consider soil bearing and the weight of the superstructure.
Concrete roof
The roof is to be a flat, insulated slab poured in situ. Please specify the slab thickness and reinforcement layout, tie the bar schedule to the column heads, and confirm concrete strength class and cover requirements. Pay special attention to waterproofing details at the ICF interface.
Columns
Interior columns are asdumed on agrid. Provide exact positioning on the GA, cross-sectional dimensions, and the way they engage both the steel foundation and the roof slab so loads are transferred cleanly.
Deliverables

• GA, foundation, column and roof reinforcement drawings in DWG and PDF
• Beam and rebar schedules ready for procurement
• Brief design report summarising assumptions, factors of safety and any construction notes
