I'm looking for a skilled professional to design a pier and beam foundation for a house without internal load-bearing walls.
Key requirements:
- The site has sandy soil.
- I have basic sketches of the house.
- I will excavate and use forms to place the footer, then backfill.
- The perimeter of the crawl space will be 2 rows of 6 inch ICF blocks.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in foundation design, especially for pier and beam systems.
