House Facade 3D Model Update
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for an experienced architectural designer / 3D visualiser to create fresh external facade concepts for a modern dual-occupancy (side-by-side) home in Melbourne, Australia.
I have attached a few CGI reference images that reflect the general style and quality I’m aiming for. I’d like you to use these as inspiration, but I’m specifically looking for new, creative design ideas working with what’s there, colours and bricks — i don’t want any major variations. The general layout cannot change, the colour choices, materials can change. I will also need to change the single garage doors to both be double garage doors.
Key requirements:
- The design is for a side-by-side dual occupancy dwelling
- Both dwellings must have double garages, each with:
- 1 x large sectional panel lift door (approx. 5.2m wide)
- Total garage width approx. 6m
- I want the facade to feel high-end, modern, and clean, suitable for the Melbourne market
Design direction / preferences:
- I really like the brick feature work shown in one of the reference images (especially the lighter-toned brick)
- I’m considering making the entire ground floor brick, with a contrasting lighter or darker upper level
- Open to a mix of materials such as:
- Brick
- Render
- Lightweight cladding (e.g. vertical battens or panels)
- I like strong, simple forms with some articulation to avoid a boxy look
What I’m looking for:
- 2–4 different facade concepts
- High-quality 3D renders (front elevation minimum, angled views a bonus)
- Thoughtful material and colour combinations
- Designs that are buildable and realistic, not overly conceptual
Bonus (not essential but preferred):
- Awareness of Australian / Victorian residential design standards (ResCode)
- Consideration of proportions, garage dominance, and street appeal
Please feel free to suggest improvements to the layout or facade composition if it enhances the overall design.
Let me know if you need any additional info (site width, planning constraints, etc.).
Looking forward to seeing some creative concepts.
