I need a detailed blueprint for a new house construction. The design should accommodate 2-3 bedrooms. While I am open to various architectural styles, the blueprint must be tailored for new construction.

Looking for a 2 story home/garage, that has the 1st floor being the workshop and garage and a mud room leading to stair cases for a 2d floor home. I have basic designs and ideas. I will need this project to be by a certified engineer as it will be used for a build permit.
dimensions are 28ft wide, 60ft long and each floor heights be within local and state codes.
