Requirement: Civil Engineer / Architect for Hostel Building Design
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer/Architect to prepare complete construction drawings for a hostel project.
Project Details:
* Existing building is already constructed up to approximately 1.5 floors.
* Existing structure, including plinth, columns, beams, and other structural elements, is to be retained and utilized as-is.
* The design should be developed around the existing structure with minimal structural alterations.
* Proposed use: Hostel building with approximately 11–12 rooms per floor.
* Layout must be Vastu-compliant and optimized for maximum functionality and occupancy.
Scope of Work:
* Architectural floor plans
* Structural drawings and design verification for existing and proposed structure
* Electrical layout drawings
* Plumbing and sanitary drawings
* Elevation and sectional drawings
* Staircase, terrace, and service area planning
* Any other drawings/details required for execution and approvals
Applicants should have prior experience in hostel, hotel, residential, or institutional building projects. Please share relevant portfolio, estimated timeline, and quotation along with your proposal.
