High-Detail Building SketchUp Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a full set of site photos and a moderately accurate JPG floor plan ready for you. From these, I need a precise SketchUp model of the existing building—walls, openings, trim, built-ins, and major furnishings included so the interior feels lived-in when we render event details. Please keep the model cleanly organized with groups/components and logical tags so I can navigate it later.
Workflow & timing
• Milestone 1: a white-material .skp draft (no textures) within ~24 hours so I can begin working with the file.
• Milestone 2: the finished file another ~24 hours later, fully textured and ready for me to render in Enscape.
Key points to hit
• Match real-world scale using the dimensions visible on the plan; where measurements are missing, interpolate from photo references.
• Apply only native or Enscape-compatible materials—no exotic shader packs—so everything displays correctly in real-time.
• Keep polygon counts sensible; optimisation is as important as detail.
• Deliver both the .skp and any linked texture files in clearly labelled folders.
