Hall & Bathroom Redesign Plans
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Major construction on our house extension is wrapped up, yet the hall and the new bathroom still need cohesive, well-documented design work in the minimalist-mixed style I have in mind.
Hall
I need a precise furniture layout that feels light and uncluttered. Please study the wall with the long openings: one option keeps them as the raised-sill windows they have become, the other restores them to full-height glass doors. If a sunken conversation area can be integrated safely, include that alternative with step details and clear section cuts.
Bathroom
My concept sketches show general fixture positions, but I now require a complete plan that aligns lighting, plumbing runs, and final finishes. The goal is a space that looks streamlined yet warm, with no surprises for the contractor once walls close.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans, sections, and elevations (DWG + PDF)
• Two hall schemes: window version and door version, each with 3D views
• Bathroom plans showing lighting circuits, switching, and luminaire specs
• Coordinated plumbing drawing with pipe routes, fall directions, and fixture call-outs
• Consolidated furniture / fixture schedule referencing readily available products
Final acceptance hinges on drawings being build-ready and clash-free—something a contractor can execute without further clarification. I will share existing DWGs the moment we agree on scope so we can move quickly toward the next construction milestone.
