Gym Renovation Architectural Drawings

I’m planning a small‐scale renovation of our nonprofit gymnastics facility and need a complete set of architectural drawings that will satisfy local permit reviewers. The scope is limited to two areas:

• Exterior modifications to the siding and front entry (new entrance door, updated façade cladding, and an accessible ramp).

I will supply renderings and site photos; you’ll translate them into updated plans, elevations, and any sections or details required by code. All files should be delivered in both DWG and print-ready PDF format, clearly dimensioned, stamped, and ready for submission to Cobb County's online portal. Please include time-line estimates for one round of client comments and the final issue set.
