Ground+1 ETABS Design Package
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am starting a new ground-plus-one residential project and need the entire structural package created from scratch. Once I hand over the architectural layout, I want you to build a full ETABS model, run the analysis, optimise every element and translate the results into a complete construction drawing set in AutoCAD.
Scope of design
• Elements: beams, columns, slabs/roof, foundations and all necessary sections.
• Services: ETABS structural analysis, detailed AutoCAD drawings and accompanying construction documentation.
When the modelling and checks are done, I will need:
1. The editable ETABS file with clearly named load cases, combinations and design settings.
2. A concise design report summarising load assumptions, code references, governing results and your reinforcement calculations.
3. A DWG + PDF drawing package ready for site use—plans, elevations, sections, schedules and call-outs that match the analysis.
4. Any notes/details required for inspectors or contractors to understand the reinforcement, foundation layout and slab-edge conditions.
Please keep the workflow collaborative; I may ask for one or two revisions as the architectural layout evolves. Deliverables must open flawlessly in ETABS 19 (or later) and AutoCAD 2020.
