Gable Roof Build with Wood Beams

I Need plans for a 20x15 gable roof that attaches to my existing hip roof. The primary purpose of this roof is to cover a new concrete patio.

Requirements:
- Use 8x8 white oak beams, no trusses
- Covered with standard shingles for weatherproofing
- Include a ceiling fan
- Interior to be vaulted with tongue and groove wood panels

Ideal skills and experience:
- Plans should be able to present for permit.
