Full House Design & Structure
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
The attached survey shows an irregularly shaped plot that must host a five-bedroom residence, each bedroom with its own bath, plus a generous lounge, family kitchen and an internal staircase. Cross-ventilation comes first, with space-efficiency and abundant daylight woven into every decision.
Concrete and steel will be the primary construction materials, but I’m open to modern, contemporary or even subtly traditional expressions so long as the result is practical and cost-effective.
Scope of work
• Concept stage: provide two-to-three layout options that resolve the awkward geometry, highlight air paths and daylight strategies, and indicate basic massing.
• Design development: refine the chosen scheme into fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections and coordinated structural drawings (foundations, framing, slabs and stair details) based on a reinforced-concrete/steel system.
• Construction package: produce permit-ready working drawings and schedules in PDF, plus editable DWG or Revit files, accompanied by a concise design report explaining structural assumptions, loads and code references.
All documents must satisfy local authority submission requirements. Feel free to propose split levels, courtyards or other ideas that squeeze the most liveable space from the plot while keeping build costs sensible.
