Florida Home ADU Design & Planning
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I went to build an ADU at my home in Florida. The total footprint would be 20 feet wide by 35 feet long. The first floor would include a carport 20‘ x 25‘ remaining first level would have a cool bathroom and stairs to the second floor.
The second floor would need to have two bedrooms and a full bathroom the interior dimension would be approximately 20 x 30 small balcony over the top of the carport with a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop patio also 20 x 30. I have a conceptual rendering.
