I'm in the process of purchasing a new house and need to explore options for modifying the current floor plans of a potential home to improve space utilization for a family of 5.

Key modifications I'm considering:
- Connecting a bathroom to the primary bedroom
- Adding a laundry area to the second floor
- Ideas for utilizing a second living area as a home office or study space
- look into ways to open up kitchen space to dining area
Would like for the renovation ideas to keep 4 bedrooms on the second floor.
