First-Floor Traditional Full Bathroom Addition
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to build a brand-new, full bathroom on my home’s first floor and I want it to feel timeless and traditional. The space is currently unfinished, so the job will cover everything from rough-ins to final fixtures:
• Design & layout drawings that maximise the footprint while keeping a classic look
• All plumbing, electrical and ventilation brought up to local code
• Installation of a tub/shower combo, toilet, vanity with ample storage, classic tilework and traditional hardware
• Painting, lighting and trim that match the overall period style of the house
• Final walk-through and punch-list completion
I’ll supply access to existing floor plans and be available for quick decisions on finishes. Please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and examples of similar first-floor, full-bath additions you’ve completed so I can see your craftsmanship up front.
