Looking for experienced architect/ draftsman proficient in CAD to trace/draw/detail a building drawing to CAD dwg from pdf.
• CAD dwg must be very detailed (with details like hatching of the floor tiles, drain lines, annotations for all the elements) and accurate. The drawing in pdf is manually hand drawn drawing so cannot be converted directly into CAD dwg file.
• Annotation to be translated correctly to Chinese
• Budget not more than $100
