Job Requirement: Construction Material Takeoff (RCC + Brickwork + Plaster) for G + 1 + Tower
I need an experienced Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to prepare a complete Material Takeoff (MTO) and Material Cost Estimate for the following stages only:
Project Details:
• Building Type: G + 1 + Tower commercial office
• Plot Size: 40 ft × 60 ft (2400 sq.ft)
• Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
• Drawings Provided: Structural plans + architectural floor plans (PDFs)
Deliverables:
• Accurate Material Takeoff (Excel) with item description, unit, quantity, rate, and amount
• PDF summary of quantities
• Clear assumptions for mix ratios and material yields
Requirement:
• Strong experience in RCC, masonry, and plaster estimation
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings accurately
• Knowledge of Indian construction standards and material rates
