Estimate Concrete & Steel Quantities
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a full set of detailed structural plans for a new building and need a civil engineer to extract accurate material quantities from them. Your focus will be on concrete and steel only—no other materials are required at this stage.
What I expect from you:
• A clear, itemised Bill of Quantities showing volumes of concrete (by grade where applicable) and weights of reinforcing steel, broken down by structural element.
• A brief calculation sheet or annotated take-off showing how you arrived at each figure so I can trace the numbers back to the drawings.
• Delivery in Excel or an equivalent editable format.
All drawings are ready to share as soon as we start, and I can answer any clarifying questions about sections, elevations, or load paths. Accuracy is more important than speed, but an efficient turnaround is appreciated. If you routinely perform quantity take-offs from structural drawings and can demonstrate a solid grasp of concrete and rebar estimation, I’d like to work with you.
Its just a 15-20 minute work for any engineer. I just need the quantities for my basement slab.
