Efficient KY Stamped Foundation Drawings
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Summary
I have a 10,000 sq foot 125x80 pre engineered metal building I need cost efficient KY stamped foundation drawings for permitting and bidding.
I had a local structural engineer make foundation plans. They are over engineered. Concrete coats went up 50% from estimates from multiple contractors. They said it’s due to the foundation plans as drawn.
I have column reactions, anchor bolt plan, and a floor plan.
We want to leave concrete out in a 20x80 section on the west end wall (shown in the existing foundation drawings I will attach). There does need to a small apron around the perimeter of the open section to terminate the walls and set doors. But the rest open for future plumbing.
I’m looking for an architect or engineer that can make more cost effective foundation plans than the ones I have attached. This is a spec building warehouse shell. It just needs to meet requirements to support column reactions from the building manufacturer and not over engineered for excessive headroom.
I’ll also attach the civil drawings for clarity.
