Detailed Architectural Floor Plan Drafting

Architectural floor plans must be produced in AutoCAD with clear, precise measurements ready for immediate use in permitting and coordination. The building’s overall layout is already defined; what is required now is a clean, professional DWG that shows wall positions, openings, room names, dimensions, and key annotations so contractors can quote and build without follow-up questions.
The work involves translating my sketch/reference PDF into an accurate CAD file, applying standard layer conventions, text styles, and dimension styles. No furniture or fixture placement is needed—clarity of walls, doors, windows, and structural elements takes priority.
Deliverables
• One AutoCAD DWG file (model space organised, paperspace sheet with title block)
• A matching PDF set exported at 1:100 scale ready for print
Accuracy to within ±5 mm on all critical dimensions will be the acceptance benchmark. A quick screenshot or low-res PDF midway through the process for review will keep us aligned and avoid rework.
