Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
the building will be glass all around and have office and sales rooms in the centre.
the building will be two stories high which ould be aproximatley 6-9 meters.
the land area is approxiamtely 9000 square meters. there is also another 9000 square meter vacant block next door for outside cars.
This has to be designed so it can be submitted to council for a developement application.
the land is in Dubbo NSW and part of a new development.
the building will be on Lot 166 and the vacant land will be lot 167.
