My priorities are clean lines, generous natural light, and a layout that feels both open and practical for everyday life. I’m open on exact style nuances—minimalist, industrial, mid-century or a thoughtful mix—so long as the final concept feels fresh rather than generic.
Here’s what I expect along the way:
• Concept package: mood boards, rough massing studies, and at least two alternative floor-plan options so we can lock down the overall direction quickly.
• Design development: refined plans, elevations, and sectional studies with preliminary material suggestions.
• Visualization: high-quality 3D renders (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) that let me experience key spaces before we move to construction drawings.
• Permit-ready set: fully dimensioned architectural drawings—including floor plans, roof plan, elevations, sections, window/door schedules—compliant with local codes and ready for structural and MEP integration.
• Final hand-off: coordinated digital files (DWG, PDF, and BIM model if used) plus one revision cycle after municipal comments.
