I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create a floor layout for a 95 x 95 block. The design should prioritize maximizing the number of rooms while ensuring functionality and accessibility. The layout must include the following specifications:

Key Requirements:
- Stair and lift positioned at the corners of the block
- Premium rooms: 15 x 24 ft, with the 15 ft side along the hallway
- Deluxe rooms: 14 x 18 ft, with the 14 ft side along the hallway
- Suites: 23 x 28 ft, with the 23 ft side along the hallway, and these should have the best views
- Housekeeping area: 10 x 10 ft
- Hallway: 5 ft wide throughout the layout
