Deck & Siding Plan Edits

I’ve prepared digital plan sheets (PDF/CAD) for a new attached deck and full-house siding replacement, but the city has now asked for a level of detail that’s beyond my comfort zone. The drawings are largely complete; I simply need an experienced designer or drafter to tighten everything up so the permit office signs off without further revisions.

Here’s where I need help:

• Verify and, where necessary, correct all structural details and material specifications already shown.
• Produce a clean, code-compliant proposed site plan that clearly locates the new deck, setbacks, and any utility easements.
• Add a concise tree protection plan that meets the city’s checklist (drip-line fencing, notes, legend, etc.).

All source files are digital, so you can work directly in CAD or annotate PDFs—whichever keeps the line weights and scaling intact. When you’re done I need a final, stamped-ready PDF set plus the editable file so I can respond quickly if the reviewer asks for tweaks.
