Custom Rustic Barndominium Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I’m ready to turn my barndominium vision into fully-engineered documents and photorealistic visuals. The overall aesthetic is firmly Rustic, and the heart of the home will be an open-concept living area; beyond that, I have only rough room measurements, so I’ll rely on you to refine the exact dimensions for an efficient layout.
Here’s what I need you to deliver:
• A fully customized floor plan that reflects my lifestyle and the rustic vibe.
• High-end exterior elevation drawings, foundation plan, framing dimensions, roof plan, electrical layout, plumbing + HVAC layout, and complete window & door schedules—ready for permit submission.
• Up to six premium 3D renderings (interior and exterior) plus a virtual walkthrough tour, with a link and a scannable QR code embedded on the blueprint.
• Source DWG/CAD files so my engineer and material supplier can perform take-offs.
• Up to five rounds of revisions so we get every detail right.
I work best with clear milestones—for example: initial schematic, detailed plans, renderings, and final walkthrough—so please outline your workflow when you respond. If you have a portfolio of similar rustic or barn-inspired projects, I’d love to see it.
