Custom House Plans Design

The lot I'm purchasing has an existing semi built structure of block walls that I would like to incorporate in order to save money on the build. 72 x 41is the dimensions on the structure and it's built on a slope, so it's the bottom floor open air on the top. I believe that's around 1,517 sq. ft. to work with on the bottom and you would have the same dimensions on the top. I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create detailed house plans for a unique style of my choosing. The house should include an outdoor living space and a guest suite.
