Custom 2-Bedroom Cottage Floor Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm rebuilding a 700 sq ft cottage for living space and need custom floor plans to maximize the space.
Requirements:
- 2 bedrooms (1 as a bunk room, 1 as a multipurpose room with murphy bed)
- Efficient use of space - see Powerpoint for inspiration references for incorporation
- Ideal to have a banquette seating for dining, playing cards, etc.
-Ideal to have small pantry if possible
-Ideal to have a secondary beverage fridge. does not need to be in the kitchen - could be in pantry, etc.
-Keep livingroom / kitchen / dining on the East end.
-Current windows and doors do NOT need to stay in the same locations.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Architectural design expertise
- Experience with small space optimization
- Ability to create functional, livable layouts
