Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need architectural design for a two-story quadplex, with each unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is intended as a rental investment.
Design should be contemporary, and include in-unit laundry and private balconies as key amenities.

The lot is 75 feet wide and 125 feet deep. ( I would like to keep the width to 42' if possible to allow 2 if I purchase an adjoining 25' wide lot)
50 ft wide, 2 stories (12 ft ceilings), 50 ft deep building with the front facing the south (Streetside) and the back facing an alley
Need room for detached garage behind 30 deep x 30 wide on the east side of the property with three garage doors on the west side and a steel door on the south side.
A black metal fence around the sides that connects to the front corners of the building with a gate facing south on the west side with a gate and a driveway going straight from the street to the backyard on the west side.
