I own a plot of land and seek a comprehensive design service, starting with a preliminary layout to ensure optimal land utilization and functional zoning. This is the first step before we move on to full architectural design and all necessary engineering plans (structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.), until the project is ready for construction.

I request that the service be delivered in the following structured order:
1. Phase 1: Site analysis and preparation of the preliminary master layout (land division and space utilization).
2. Phase 2: Development of the architectural design based on the approved layout.
3. Phase 3: Preparation of complete engineering drawings across all relevant disciplines.
4. Phase 4: Delivery of final documentation required for permits and execution.

Requirements:
- Residential with gardens and green spaces, parking areas, and all necessary facilities
- Green spaces to be evenly distributed throughout the layout
