I’m moving ahead with a new commercial building and need a licensed civil / structural engineer to take the lead on the full design package. Your primary task will be preparing all structural drawings and related calculations so my architect and local permitting office have everything they require, from foundation details through roof framing.
Please use current building codes for my jurisdiction and specify practical, readily available materials. I will supply the architectural floor plans and site information once we start; you’ll translate those into stamped structural sheets, schedules, and a concise calculation booklet.
Deliverables I expect:
• Complete structural drawing set (PDF + CAD) ready for permit submission
• Supporting load calculations and design notes
• One revision cycle after the first plan-check comments
