Commercial Building Floor Plan & Elevation Design (Future Expandable – Hotel + Office)
Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced architect or building designer to create a complete building plan for a commercial property.
Location Requirement (Important):
Only apply if you are based in India (Uttar Pradesh)
Preference will be given to designers from Moradabad or nearby areas
Please do not apply if you are from outside this region
Plot Details:
We have Plot No. 15 and 16.
Right now, construction will be done only on Plot No. 16.
But the design must be made in such a way that in the future, Plot No. 15 can be connected with the same design.
Building Requirements:
1. Basement:
Full area covered
Steel parking space for vehicles
2. Ground Floor:
Full area covered (commercial use)
3. First Floor:
Full usable floor space
4. Second Floor:
This floor should have hotel rooms
Each room should have a balcony in front
Balcony must be designed in a way that in the future, when Plot 15 is constructed, both buildings can share or connect the same balcony design
5. Third Floor (Monti / Terrace Structure):
A small structure above the second floor
It will be used as an office space
Important Notes:
Area must be fully utilized (no wasted space)
Design should allow future expansion on Plot 15
Both plots should look connected and uniform in design
Modern and practical layout preferred
Deliverables Required:
2D Floor Plans (all floors)
Front Elevation Design
Balcony structure planning for future expansion
Basic structural layout idea
PDF + editable source files
