Casa Canal Luxury Condo Merging Project

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a residential interior design project for a couple who just purchased the condo unit next to their current one. The goal is to merge both units into a large, luxurious space called Casa Canal. The project includes space planning, furniture layout, material selection, and final 3D renderings. The clients have specific needs like an open-concept kitchen and living area, dining space for 8, a luxurious master suite, guest room, office, workout space, and ample storage.
I’m looking for help with developing the full space plan and figuring out how best to merge the two units while meeting all their requirements. I’ll then proceed with selecting materials and furniture (which I can assist with), and these selections will be used in the final renderings.
Additionally, I need a complete set of construction documents, including:
Demolition plan (with tags, legend, and specific notes)
Construction plan (with dimensions, tags, legend, and notes)
Furniture plan (with tags and legend)
Finish plan (tags and legend)
Reflected ceiling plan (with legend)
Elevations (with notes and dimensions) for any walls with built-ins or millwork
I will send the original CAD files for both condos to help get started.
