My project is a new single-family home in Southern California. I need complete structural plans drawn to current codes. The scope covers both the slab-on-grade foundation and a wood framed house.
Please model and size footings, grade beams, anchor bolts, shear walls, hold-downs, and any necessary moment frames so the drawings can be submitted for permit without revision. All calculations should account for site seismicity and wind loads typical to California’s coastal zones.
Deliverables I expect:
• Permit Ready Structural drawings in PDF and DWG
• Calculation package with clear load paths and seismic checks
• Material and connector schedules ready for the contractor
• A professional stamp valid in California
