Building design for small outdoor office
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a design
Key Requirements: (see general arrangement included)
- Footprint available 2700mm(w) x 3100mm(l)
- One sliding door 1850mm(h) x 1700mm(w)
- One single door entry (1850mm(h)x 800(w) on side with offset of 300mm from corner
- Roof flat (not gabled) with no significant overhang (small cross fall to downpipe)
- Include down pipe at lowest corner of roof
- Maximum final height 2100mm
- Lightweight timber framed construction with external fiber cement cladding. Internal walls plasterboard
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with designing structures conforming to Australian building codes.
- Proficiency in creating designs for workshops or utility rooms.
- Knowledge of incorporating brickwork with specified window and door styles.
