Detailed Scope of Services
We provide a full-stack architectural package divided into three primary phases:
Phase I:
Structural & Spatial Foundation
Floor Layouts: Detailed spatial planning optimized for flow, ergonomics, and programmatic requirements.
Centreline Drawings: High-precision grid-based layouts essential for setting out the foundation and structural columns on-site.
Phase II:
MEP & Climate Systems (System Integration)
Electrical Layouts: Comprehensive plans including power points, lighting circuits, switchboard positioning, and data/low-voltage cabling.
Plumbing Layouts: Precise routing for water supply and drainage, including isometric views of wet areas for clarity.
HVAC Layouts: Detailed ductwork or unit placement designed for optimal thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
Phase III:
Finishes & Technical Schedules
Elevation Designing: Aesthetic and structural views of the building exterior/interior, defining materials, textures, and heights.
Flooring Layouts: Patterning, material specifications, and transition details for all floor surfaces.
Door & Window Schedules: Technical layouts specifying dimensions, materials, hardware, and glazing requirements for every opening in the structure
