Budget 1st-Floor Plan Design

I have the ground-floor structure in place and now need a practical, space-saving layout for the first floor. The goal is simple: maximise usable area while keeping construction costs down—no ornate gimmicks, just smart residential planning.

Plot dimensions and the existing footprint will be shared as soon as we start. Within that envelope I need a detailed floor plan with measurements that respects three specific vastu points: the entrance must sit in the correct zone, the kitchen should be placed accordingly, and all bedrooms oriented per the recommended cardinal directions. Good cross-ventilation and straightforward circulation are crucial.

What I expect to receive:
• A dimensioned first-floor plan in PDF and editable DWG (or compatible) format
• Clear room labels, wall thicknesses, door/window sizes, and stair connection to the lower level
• Up to two quick revision rounds to fine-tune practicality or vastu compliance

Electrical or plumbing layouts are not required at this stage. If you have experience with cost-efficient residential builds and can show past samples that reflect functional, no-frills thinking, let’s talk.
