4-5 Bedroom Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move from ideas to a concrete set of floor plans for my new home. The house will have 4–5 bedrooms and I also want a dedicated home office, a gym, and a comfortable guest room incorporated smoothly into the layout. I haven’t locked myself into a particular architectural style yet, so you’re free to propose modern, traditional, or contemporary concepts—whichever best maximizes flow, light, and efficient use of space.
What I expect from you:
• Scaled, professional floor plans (PDF plus editable CAD or similar file)
• Clear room dimensions with furnitures and labeling for every space mentioned above
• Logical circulation paths and thoughtful placement of windows, doors, and storage
• Three rounds of revisions after I review the first draft
