Basic Multi-Family Home Blueprint
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m starting a new-construction, multi-family residential project and need a concise architectural package to guide the next phase. The goal for now is a schematic set—just enough to validate the layout and overall massing without diving into fine-grained detailing.
Scope of work
• Site plan showing setbacks and parking allocation
• Simple floor plans for each level with room dimensions and circulation paths
• One exterior massing view or elevation to illustrate the building’s overall form
• Editable CAD (DWG) files plus PDF sheets
I’ll provide the lot dimensions, target unit mix, and inspirational sketches as soon as we agree to proceed. Local code notes are welcome, but full construction details, MEP coordination, and photorealistic renders can wait until a later stage.
If you’re comfortable producing clean, well-layered drawings in AutoCAD or a comparable tool and can deliver quickly, I’d love to see your portfolio of residential design—especially any multi-family work. Let’s create a solid starting blueprint together.
